I offer:

	A Designed to Sell, updated look with little to no expense for the homeowners.
	Objectivity. I have no personal relationship with the items in the house, so it's easier to see what needs to be done without the cloud of sentimentality.
	Basic design and Re-Styling with an eye towards Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art of placement.
	A detailed listing of the changes that were made during my visit and a list of things to follow up with.

Rates:$99/hour for Home Staging or Re-Styling (average time - 1 1/2 to 2 hours). A reasonable travel fee will be added if the home is more than 10 miles from my office in Frisco, Texas. Additional services are available at negotiated rates.
